Who we are
Ethical Associates Inc. is a Canadian provider of specialized dispute resolution services. We work primarily with public sector clients (such as colleges, universities, school boards, municipalities and hospitals) and public agencies. We also conduct human rights investigations for large corporate and institutional clients, as well as for community agencies and non-profit boards.
What we do
Ethical Associates Inc. maintains a diverse roster of human rights lawyers, equity practitioners, and administrative law adjudicators who work independently as dedicated neutrals. Through the lens of multiple independent practitioners
Our independent practitioners assist institutions by conducting climate assessments and reviews of work and learning environments, providing human rights and equity training to senior leaders, employees and stakeholders, and developing internal human rights and discrimination and harassment policies.
Our practitioners are experienced in developing recommendations to guide an organization’s people strategies, with specific emphasis on preventing systemic discrimination based on prohibited grounds of discrimination.
